Tax-free sales at the store

As we are a tax-free shop, you may only utilize our tax-free service if you meet the usage requirements set by the Japan Tourism Agency.
If you do not meet the requirements or if there are issues with your passport or other documents, you will not be able to use the tax-free service.
Please be sure to bring all necessary documents, such as a valid passport, when visiting our store.
